Self-directed services allow you, or your personal representative, to recruit, select, and train your caregivers.

We help you shop for household necessities and prescriptions.
Meal Preparation & Household Tasks
Have healthy meals at home that fit your diet and lifestyle. We'll also help you make light housekeeping tasks - like sweeping, laundry, taking out the trash, making the bed, or cleaning up after a meal - easier.
Community Supports (or Integration)
We'll help you stay active and engaged through community events and visits with people who are important to you.
